Gorgeous black-and-white half-tone photograph of the actor shown as Petrus in the play "The Passion", signed by him and dated in Oberammergau, Germany, 1910.  Size is 8.3 x 11.25 inches, mounting traces on verso, small missing piece over the lower-right corner, otherwise in excellent condition. The city of Oberammergau stages the play "The Passion" every ten years, as a city tradition since the end of the XVII century.

German actors who played the roles of Jesus, Peter, and Judas in one of the first films about the life of Jesus during the silent films era. Beautiful photograph signed by the three actors whose names are printed over the bottom of the photograph, dated by Anton Lang in 1924, by Mayr in 1922.  Size is 7.1 x 4.5 inches, in excellent condition.

American actress (b.1939). Beautiful black-and-white photograph signed by her, shown in a theater play; ink-stamped on verso by photographer Jay Thompson.  Size is 7.8 x 9.4 inches, minor damage on the front near the the signature, small loss of photographic paper, otherwise in very good condition.

British actress (1913-1967) and British actor (1907-1989). Front cover of a program for a performance of the play "Titus Andronicus" at the Stoll Theatre, London, on July 3rd, 1957 (according to ink-markings over the top border), signed by both artists.  ALSO INCLUDED is a photograph of both artists shown in this very play. Size is 8 x 10 inches, front cover only, in very good condition.

Set of three 1-page autograph letters in French signed by him; two of them addressed to Hilarion Ballande, and a third to a gentleman; all of them about professional issues, none of them dated. Late in her life Martinot would fall victim to mental illness and spend her last few years confined to psychiatric institutions. Fine cabinet photograph signed by her, dated in 1890. American actress (1923-2004), dancer, and singer; active between 1934-2001. Program for a performance of the musical "Sugar Babies" (1979-1983) signed by her and dated on July 5th, 1981.  Size is 9 x 11.8 inches, full program with all pages and covers, minor stains, otherwise in very good condition.

Polish actress (1880-1966).  Large signed photo shown in role, dated in Varese, 1910.  Photo is mounted on a photographer mat by Carlo De Marchi, Milan.  Total size is 10.25 x 15.8 inches, actual photo is 6.5 x 9.3 inches, loss of paper on corners, some tape residues on top of photo and spotted rust, in very good condition.

French actress (1867-1938). Her business card signed by her with her initials and a short sentiment in French. Size is 3.5 x 2.1 inches, overall soft age-toning, tape residues on corners, otherwise in very good condition.

American comedic actress (1871-1946). Set of two wonderful sepia photographs signed and inscribed by her, shown as herself.  Each one's size is 7.8 x 8.9 inches (trimmed from a larger size), one of them has a loss of paper over the lower-left corner and cracks over the upper border; both in good condition. Scottish actor (1790-1852) and theater manager and owner, particularly associated with the works of sir Walter Scott. Autograph note signed by him, with the name of his theater at the top.  Size is 4.3 x 7.3 inches, 1 pages, central fold, in very good condition.

English actress (1868-1957). Beautiful black and white photo postcard signed by her, shown in the play "The Scarlet Pimpernel"; photo is also handwritten with a short text by her on verso. Size is 3.5 x 5.5 inches, silvering on edges, otherwise in very good condition.

Italian stage actor and playwright (1851-1919), played character and leading comedy parts in leading theatrical companies between 1871 and 1884, later opened several of his own companies and appeared in a number of early silent films. Signed cabinet-style photograph, shown in a variety of roles, inscribed and dated in Torino in 1889. Photo by Alvino and company photographers, Florence. Size is 7 x 10 inches, several cracks at the bottom of the item not affecting handwriting and signature, otherwise in good condition. 

Italian actor and playwright (1851-1919). Nice photo postcard signed by him, shown young, dated in Buenos Aires, 1904. Size is 3.4 x 5.4 inches, some silvering, in very good condition.

Italian stage actor and playwright (1851-1919), played character and leading comedy parts in leading theatrical companies between 1871 and 1884, later opened several of his own companies and appeared in a number of early silent films. Signed photograph, shown as himself, dated in Montevideo in 1904. Bold handwriting and signature. This is a 3.5 x 5.5 postcard photograph mounted onto a larger piece of paper whose verso contains an inscription and signature by the Italian conductor Oscar Anselmi (1892-?), dated in Montevideo in 1906. Total item size is 4.75 x 7.5 inches, small smudges and stains not affecting handwriting and signature on either side, otherwise in very good condition. 

Program for a performance of this very popular musical by Rodgers & Hammerstein, on March 31st, 1943, signed by four actors on the front cover (Evelyn Wyckoff, Kenneth Le Roy, Ann Newland), plus at least 15 additional signatures by members of the cast on the Ad enclosed in the program.  Size is 6.25 x 8.9 inches, full program with all pages and covers, some damage on the front cover, binding a bit loose, otherwise in very good condition.
